When you have collected the items you want to buy in your Cart,click on the purchase button to send us your order.You will be asked some questions about delivery details and how you want to pay for the goods.Please note all prices displayed on the site are in USD currency and are inclusive of VAT at the current china rate.

Why doesn't my tracking number work?
All tracking numbers are activated in 24 hours in the database of the shipping companies.If you are not able to track your order when you get your tracking number,it may be because the delivery company has not processed it inside their database system yet.

Return & Exchange Policy

For Returns:
Returns can be sent back within 7-10 days upon receipt,all returned items must never been used and in new condition.All returned packages must be insured.As for returning right items for a refund: all returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.Buyers are always responsible for the shipping charges.

For Exchanges:
We only accept exchanges for new and never used items with all accessories and packing.Please send back the items within 7-10 days upon receipt.All return packages must be insured,exchanges will be sent out within 7-10 days once the return has been received.Buyers are always responsible for the shipping charges.

Important Notice:
1. Although we provide 100% hassle free return policy,considering the time and money consuming, we surely appreciate if you can make all your questions and concerns clear before placing your order.

2. Please contact our customer service (Click "Contact us" on our site to leave a message to us) first to obtain the return address.

3. We will not be responsible for the lose if the returned package get lost during the shipment, original post office receipt must be kept to claim the compensation.
